El Hogar del Niño celebra su 7ma Graduación

With great pleasure and excitement, the Board held the 7th Charity Oriental graduation ceremony of the school Hogar del Niño Thursday August 20, 2015. The special occasion celebrated the achievement of 32 young graduates, of which, 19 students obtained an index 80 points above average.

Since the listing of its Scholarship Program in 2004, the Oriental Charitable Trust has awarded 44 college scholarships to date; that figure increased to a total of 50 grants in this 2015 with the delivery of six new grants during the graduation ceremony.

During the ceremony took place the selection of three scholarships from the Popular Savings and Loan Association through "Give Chance", a program that since 2014 support in training and resources to these young graduates in developing internships and college.

Currently, the Board has 27 Charity Oriental scholarship enrolled in different careers; seven of them have completed their higher studies successfully, while four more will graduate this year 2015 for a total of 11 professional young graduates through the opportunity provided by the PBO Scholarship Program.

For the organization it is proud to have the privilege of being chosen by parents and students to propel towards the conquest of his most cherished dreams platform.
