Visit of Spanish Minister of Education

While at the Dominican Republic, Spanish Minister of Education, Jose Ignacio Wert and the Spanish Secretary of State for Education, Monserrat Gomendio, visited the Hogar del Niño.
The distinguished visitors were guided through the facilities by Mrs. Xiomara Menéndez, founder of Patronato Benéfico Oriental and her husband, Ramón Menéndez, as they carefully listened to the different programs and activities held at the school.
