On Monday December 28, 2015 , we enjoyed a pleasant afternoon cooking new dishes, guided by the renowned chefs, Melissa Abusada ( owner of Melissa Pastry Boutique at Altos de Chavon ) and Gabriella Reginato, who shares her delicious recipes on her website (www.gabriellareginato.com). The guests learned how to make desserts such as the famous Naked Cake and enjoyed a few other drinks and appetizers all for the great cause of supporting Hogar del Niño!
